During your stay, you may share your requests, suggestions, and feedback with our representatives from the Patient Rights Department. We wish you a pleasant and comfortable visit.
Our hospital operates on an appointment-based system. You may schedule a consultation appointment through our 24-hour Call Center at +90 282 673 7373; for international patients: +90 554 405 62 76, or via our website at corluvatan.com.
Outpatient services are provided between 08:30–17:30 on weekdays and 08:30–14:00 on Saturdays. Our Emergency Department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with an emergency physician available at all times to respond promptly to your healthcare needs.
Initial registration for polyclinic services is completed at the Registration–Cashier Desk. The cashier for each polyclinic is located on the same floor as the respective clinic. During registration, patients with Turkish citizenship are required to present a valid ID card, and foreign patients must present a passport for identification.
In our polyclinics, priority is given to emergency cases, persons with disabilities, pregnant women, patients aged 65 and over, children under 7 years of age, and the spouses and children of veterans and martyrs of the Republic of Türkiye.
For patients who wish their identity to remain confidential during treatment, our Information Confidentiality Procedure is applied. If you inform your attending physician or the registration officer in advance, the necessary measures will be taken in accordance with the procedure.
Upon registration, you will receive a barcode for your examination indicating your appointment time and queue status. Please arrive at the hospital at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete the registration process.
Appointment times may occasionally be extended due to emergency cases or special circumstances involving other patients. In such situations, the polyclinic assistant will provide you with the necessary information.
To ensure patient privacy and confidentiality, secretaries do not attend examinations. However, upon your request and confirmation, a secretary may accompany you during your examination.
Following your examination, the physician will enter any required laboratory and radiological tests into the system. The Laboratory and Radiology Departments are located on Floor -1.

Dear Relatives of Patients Receiving Treatment in the Intensive Care Unit,
Your loved ones are of great importance to us.
· Each patient in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) requires specialised and meticulous care. To prevent any situation that may endanger the patient’s health, we kindly request that you strictly comply with the precautionary measures implemented within the unit.
· Visiting hours for patients in the Intensive Care Unit are daily between 11:00 and 12:00. Visiting hours may be modified by the intensive care physician depending on the patient’s medical condition.
· Our Intensive Care Units are located on Floors -1 and -2. You may obtain information regarding the specific unit where your relative is receiving care from the Information Desk.
· Due to the critical condition of ICU patients, visitation is limited to first-degree relatives (mother, father, spouse, or sibling), subject to the approval of the ICU physician and in accordance with the visiting hours determined by hospital administration. Children are not permitted to enter the unit.
· Every day between 11:00 and 12:00, the physician responsible for the Intensive Care Unit provides information regarding the patient’s condition in the Information Room located on Floor -2.
· To protect patient confidentiality, no medical information will be shared with individuals who are not legal relatives. After the necessary information is provided, only one relative is permitted to visit the patient. Other relatives may observe via the camera system located in the Information Room. On weekends and public holidays, visitation is limited to one relative, and camera viewing is not available.
· When entering the Intensive Care Unit for visitation, visitors must wear the protective gown, surgical cap, mask, and shoe covers provided at the entrance. Hand disinfection is also mandatory.
· Visits are limited to five (5) minutes and are conducted under the supervision of a nurse. In urgent situations, visitors may be required to leave the unit earlier.
· Information regarding the patient’s personal needs may be obtained from the ICU nurse or the patient’s assigned nurse. For medical information, please consult the attending physician.
· Relatives are not required to remain at the hospital continuously. In case of necessity or emergency, you will be contacted by phone. Please do not wait at the ICU entrance before or after visiting hours.
· For the well-being of patients, please refrain from displaying strong emotions (such as crying or shouting) during visits. Do not speak loudly. If the patient is conscious, do not allow them to use a mobile phone. Photography and video recording within the ICU are strictly prohibited. Please do not touch the patient or sit on the patient’s bed.
· After each visit, remove all protective equipment, dispose of it in the designated waste containers at the exit, and wash or disinfect your hands thoroughly.
· Food, beverages, or other personal items are not permitted inside the Intensive Care Unit.

· Your loved ones are our patients and are of great importance to us. Every patient in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) requires specialised and meticulous care. To prevent any situation that may endanger the health of our newborn patients, we kindly request that you strictly comply with the precautionary measures implemented within the unit.
· Visiting hours for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit are daily from 13:00 to 14:00 and from 20:00 to 21:00. Visits are limited to 5–10 minutes and take place under the supervision of a nurse. In emergency situations, visitors may be required to leave earlier.
· If operational conditions require, visiting hours may be subject to change.
· For babies under observation in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, the attending physician provides daily updates to parents between 13:00 and 14:00 in the ICU waiting area or in the physician’s office.
· Information regarding the baby’s personal needs may be obtained from the department nurse. For medical information, please consult the attending physician.
· Due to the special condition of patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, visitation is limited to the MOTHER and FATHER only, subject to the approval of the ICU physician and in accordance with hospital regulations. Children are not permitted to enter the unit.
· Visits are not permitted for individuals experiencing fever, cold symptoms, cough, vomiting, or any contagious skin condition.
· There is no need for parents to remain at the hospital continuously. In case of necessity or emergency, you will be contacted by phone. Please do not wait at the entrance of the Intensive Care Unit before or after visiting hours.
· When entering the unit, you must wear the protective gown, surgical cap, mask, and shoe covers provided. Handwashing or hand disinfection is mandatory before entry.
· Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during visits.
· You may photograph your baby without using flash. However, photographing the Intensive Care Unit environment is strictly prohibited.
· To minimise the risk of infection, please do not touch the incubators. During visits, kindly avoid speaking loudly.
· After each visit, remove all protective equipment, dispose of it in the designated waste containers at the exit, and wash or disinfect your hands thoroughly.

A sign reading "Visits Prohibited" is placed on the door of patients who should not be visited at their own request or for medical reasons. This situation should be explained tactfully to visitors.

The hospital's emergency department provides healthcare services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with on-duty doctors and emergency medicine specialists.

Heating and cooling of the hospital rooms is done by a central computer system. Through the air conditioning system, the air in the building can be purified without opening the windows. On the other hand, the temperature of each room can be adjusted to your preference using the control button. Temperature changes take effect within 20 minutes. For temperature adjustment, you can ask for help from the floor consultants.
The technical service offers its services during working hours for malfunctions that may occur in your room related to equipment such as television, sofa, wardrobe, bed, etc. To use the technical service, simply contact your nurse.
The Patient Communication Officer works to ensure better medical services for patients. Your opinions and recommendations are of particular importance to us. The Patient Communication Officer will help expedite your recommendations and will take note of your opinions. Please share your opinions and recommendations with us (internal tel: 2029-1053).
During your stay at the hospital, your attending physician will visit you twice a day, in the morning and evening.

For any need, nurses will be by your side.
A nurse call system is installed next to your bed and in the bathroom, so that your call can be responded to as quickly as possible. During discharge from the hospital, nurses will inform you about the care that needs to be applied at home. Therefore, please do not leave your room without calling the nurse responsible for you.
Your room and surrounding area will be cleaned every day on a regular basis.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served under the supervision of a dietitian and by catering staff.

Considering your health and the health of other patients in the hospital, only 1 companion is allowed per patient.
Our hospital also offers meals for the companion - breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Visiting hours are every day from 09:00 to 23:00. In exceptional situations (such as intensive care), you can contact the attending doctor or nurse. In some departments, visiting hours may differ. In such cases, the consultant will provide you with the necessary information (Internal tel: 1020).

Your personal awareness of your treatment plan and active participation in the treatment will help you leave the hospital faster and more safely.
Inform your doctor and nurse about all types of medications you use and have brought with you when admitted to the hospital and hand them over.
For your safety, the medications you take must be confirmed by a doctor and pharmacist.
These medications include pills prescribed with or without a prescription (such as aspirin or cough syrup), vitamins, and dietary supplements.
If you know you have an allergic reaction to food and/or medications, report this to your doctor and nurse. It is very important to know which medications you use and what you use them for. For this reason, we ask you to track the medications you use during your stay at the hospital.
Your personal participation in the treatment process is very important so that you know what is being done and why. For this reason, talk to your attending doctor and nurse about the treatment and care plan.
Make sure you understand the treatment; do not hesitate to ask if you do not understand something.
If you are scheduled for a procedure, request information from your attending doctor about the operation.
If you are in pain, consult the nurse and doctor.
Proper hand washing is the most important prerequisite for preventing infections. For this reason, sinks are installed in all patient care areas and hospital rooms where hands can be washed.
If the patient has a probe, catheter, bandage, etc. on their body, try to keep them dry and clean. If redness, pain, discharge, moisture, or damage to the bandage appears in these areas, be sure to inform the nurse or doctor.
Depending on the type of infection, wearing a mask, gloves, and gown may be required to protect other patients and working staff. Visitor access to these patients may be restricted.
Regarding such situations, the doctor and nurse will inform you about the precautionary measures that need to be taken.
Security officers are located at the entrance/exit doors and at the emergency department. If there is a lost and/or found item, you can contact the security officer.
The hospital’s security services operate 24 hours a day to ensure the safety, peace, and comfort of patients, visitors, and staff. Security personnel stationed at designated areas throughout the hospital prevent unauthorised individuals from accessing patient floors.
Their responsibilities include ensuring compliance with visiting hours, preventing inappropriate behaviour within the hospital premises, and safeguarding the well-being and tranquillity of patients and staff.

While you are our patient, you, your family, or companion can use the hospital's parking service free of charge. You can park briefly in front of the main entrance and emergency department doors when admitting or discharging patients.
Our ambulances are available 24 hours and you can access them by calling (0282) 653 51 51.
If you wish to use an ambulance upon discharge from the hospital, please contact the officer handling your discharge procedure.
Emergency exit stairs are available on both sides of our hospital. Emergency exits are indicated by signs along the hospital corridors.
