The pain began in the left hip and radiated towards the knee. Limping and a feeling of imbalance while walking made detailed clinical examinations and imaging studies necessary. The results revealed advanced damage to the hip joint, significantly restricted mobility, and a difference of approximately 3 centimetres in leg length.
